I can run mothur from directory but can not run from outside the directory Is there is any option ? Can I change the PATH of this softwere? I using the latestt version 1.48 of mothur
Yep - if you’re in Mac OS X or Linux, you can add the path to the mothur executable to your PATH variable. I’d suggest asking someone around you to help if you’re uncomfortable with mucking with the .bash files since bad things can happen if you aren’t sure what you’re doing.
