How to recall the name/group/fasta file, after new lauch

Hi every body

Mothur is convenient in memorize the (fasta name group table etc) files currently being treated during a pipeline.

However when Mothur is logged out either unexpected or expected，the memory will lost.

Is there any command to recall all the file sets, thus to go on with the procede?
