Hi,
I have generated a groups file and separate fasta files for all of the 100 groups in my sequenced library. However, in the fasta files the sequences are only labelled with the sequence name and I would like to add in the sample/group name. Is there any easy way to do this in Mothur? That way if I merge the fasta files I will know which sequences are associated with which sample.
