Hello,
I have some problem with the group file and I need some help.
When I try to align it with my reference(silva) it sais I have alot of sequences that aren’t in my group file,yet I have checked alot of them and they appear to be there and exactly as written in the fasta file. Any help ??
The group file is attached in the link,maybe i’m missing something.
