error in RDP 14

I downloaded the recent version of RDP, version 14, and wanted to classify my sequences when an error occurred:

classify.seqs(fasta=final23.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick2.fasta, count=final23.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.uchime.pick2.count_table, reference=…/trainset14_032015.rdp.fasta, taxonomy=…/trainset14_032015.rdp.tax, iters=1000, cutoff=80, processors=12)

Reading in the …/trainset14_032015.rdp.tax taxonomy… [ERROR]: FR749980_S002350843 is missing the final ‘;’, ignoring.
[ERROR]: ; is missing the final ‘;’, ignoring.
[ERROR]: GL982576_U010303693 is already in your taxonomy file, names must be unique.
DONE.
‘DQ343153_S000640727’ is in your template file and is not in your taxonomy file. Please correct.
‘EU928765_S001872839’ is in your template file and is not in your taxonomy file. Please correct.


This Error occurs several times and the command is cancelled.

Sorry about that, it seems that the original files from the RDP had the duplication. If you try again, everything should work now. Thanks for the heads up!
