Hi,
I am following the mothur SOP for the V4 region. Everything works ok until the make.shared command is executed. Then I get the following errors:
mothur > make.shared(list=current, count=current, label=0.03)
[WARNING]: no file was saved for count parameter.
Using /data/batch1/batch1.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.opti_mcc.list as input file for the list parameter.
Using /data/batch1/batch1.contigs.good.groups as input file for the group parameter.
[ERROR]: M00171_36_000000000-AHPFD_1_1101_10000_10033 is in your groupfile and not your listfile. Please correct.
[ERROR]: M00171_36_000000000-AHPFD_1_1101_10001_14317 is in your groupfile and not your listfile. Please correct.
[ERROR]: M00171_36_000000000-AHPFD_1_1101_10001_17431 is in your groupfile and not your listfile. Please correct.
I don't quite understand the error..!
