Just started using mothur. Could not able to interpret the results. Please help me…
When i used cluster commant…i got this result.What does it means?

What does this means???

The first output looks like a list file and is from the cluster command, http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Cluster. The second output looks like a name file could be output from the pre.cluster command, http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Pre.cluster.
