I get quite puzzle why the label of the result of cluster command is ‘unique’, not ‘0.03’, my commands are as follow:

mothur_initial “#dist.seqs(fasta=total.trim.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.fasta, cutoff=0.9, processors=12)”
mothur"#cluster(column=total.trim.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.dist, name=total.trim.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.names, method=average)"

This usually happens if you don’t have a lot of sequences or there isn’t much change between unique and the next distance.
