I have pre-processed my ITS sequences in mothur and used that output to cluster it in CD-HIT-EST. Now i have a all the frequency information is in the .clstr file, but i want to use that information in mothur for doing OTU analysis. I have absolutely not having any idea what to do? Your help is much appreciated! Thanks and looking forward to hear from you!
You would have to write your own script to convert the CDHIT data to something useful in mothur.
