Clearcut: Detected 10 [ERROR] messages, please review

Hi Pat and Sarah,

I performed clearcut for a *.phylip.dist file (file size: 12Gb) using 200 processors. I have 256 Gb RAM in total.

A *.tre file was generated but I also got an error:

_Output File Names:
A16S.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.pick.phylip.tre

quit

mothur > quit

Detected 10 [ERROR] messages, please review._

I am unable to locate the error messages in the logfile. Hence, I am wondering how do I go about investigating the error?
