I was running chimera.vsearch for a couple hours.
It seems the program run all the samples (n=32) and then I got this message:
[ERROR]: M03309-237-000000000-BC7WH_1_2115-9831-1180 (Thousands of different numbers appeared here, that I think represent each sequence I got for this sample) is not in your count table. Please correct.
The output files that I got are:
diversi.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.denovo.vsearch.pick.count_table
diversi.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.denovo.vsearch.accnos
diversi.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.denovo.vsearch.chimeras

When I set the command remove.seqs, just 1 sequence was removed.
What should I do?
