Even though seq.error is part of the MiSeq SOP it’s documentation on the wiki is rather poor http://www.mothur.org/wiki/Seq.error.
I could dive into the github and try to make sense of the C++ code though I would appreciate if it would be possible to elaborate the documentation of this command a bit.
