Would be great to be able to column sort heatmap.bin

It would be great to be able to specify the column order for a heatmap when running heatmap.bin(shared=X.shared)

(I’ve tried rearranging the order of samples in the shared file but the output always looks the same regardless)

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, we’re unlikely to do much more with heatmap.bin. There are far better tools available in R to do similar things.
