I am just trying to understand the heatmap … I am not wanting to transform the data to log10 or log2- Actually just having the sequences abundances would be great…So I have used the “scale=linear” …and so the scale on the bottom that goes from 0.182–> to 0.909 …are this percentages? Or how does it works?

Those are relative abundances - really, you’re probably better off doing this type of thing in R.
