this might just be a stupid question, but I’ll ask it anyway. The sequences that are too short are culled, but why aren’t the sequences in the xxx.flow.fasta file trimmed to the flowlength? Is there a reason for this? I don’t know if it’s necessary (not) to do this, but I just wondered. :geek:
