I am working with multiple libraries and I need to know the number of sequences belonging to each library found in each otu (to perform some statistics outside mothur). Something like the .sons.otu file from SONS. It would be nicer if it could be associated with the representative sequence from get.oturep() command or at list respecting the same otu number. Is there a way to do that on mothur?

i’m pretty sure that sons.otu is now the shared file, but transposed
