I am having problem with trim.contigs file. I got blank after make.contigs command. Here i used my oligos file and after using the oligos file having this problem. I appreciate any advice and suggestion on my issue. Thank you very much.
If you look at the stability.scrap.contigs.fasta file you will see one character codes next to the sequence names indicating why the sequences were scrapped. You could post a sequence that you think should be good along with what’s in your oligos file and I can help you figure out what is going wrong.
