Maybe I missed this, but it would be wonderful if Mothur can remind me the accessions of the shared OTUs . For example, after getting the Venn diagram of 3 environments, I would like to be able to get the fasta files of those OTUs shared by all three environments. Is there a way built in Mothur for doing this already?

this suggestion is now implemented as the get.sharedotu command
