finding the OTUs corresponding to the venn diagram shared OTU file

Hello,
I have used venn diagram command to compare sample diversity among 3 samples and along with the diagram it also generated a shared otu file which shows the name of the otus that are shared between 3 samples but not the otu sequence itself

shared otu fle: stability.opti_mcc.0.03.subsample.0.03.sharedsobs.Group_0-Group_1-Group_2.sharedotus

I would like to know how to pull the corresponding otu sequences.

The get.sharedseqs command will allow you to see “who” is in the OTUs that are shared. You may also find this helpful, https://mothur.org/wiki/Venn#Why_do_the_venn_diagram_results_vary_from_get.sharedseqs_results.3F.
