shared OTU's

I have generated a Venn-diagram to see how many OTU’s that are shared between the groups. However, now I want to know by the OTU number which Otu’s are shared by the groups, so I from the Classify.OTU command can find the phylogeny of the shared OTU’s. Is there a way to do this. getshared.seqs does not seems to do the trick.

Pat, You’re right. Sometimes it goes to quick. Haven’t noticed the third column.
