Set Current Working Directory

In version 1.8, we added the set.dir command which allows you to tell mothur where you want you input files to come from and/or where you want the output files directed.

Sorry to bring an old thread back, but it would be a great addition to have a Get.dir that would show the current state of these directories, just like get.current() does for other files (or roll them together?). Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestion. This will be part of the get.current command in our next release.
