Screen.seqs ITS1 vs ITS2 minlength

I am busy working on a sequenced dataset that targeted the ITS1 region, using primers ITS1-F and ITS2-R. I just finished with my make.contigs (screenshot attached). My question here is pertaining to the minlength parameter for the screen.seqs function. Previously, I have used 250 while working with the ITS2 target region. Would it be appropriate to use 250 as the minlenght in screen.seqs for the ITS1 target region as well?
