I don’t have a question! I’m just super excited because I just realized I could run mothur in Rstudio. So I set up a markdown file where I can alternate between mothur and R and have my whole thought process and coding process laid out linearly with bits of code from each and markdown headings and descriptions. Also, if you download the package plotly in R, you can make your ggplots INTERACTIVE with one extra line of code. (Like, hovering over a point and seeing what sample it is). And then you can export everything as an html. I guess this is like a PSA post maybe there’s already a riffomonas video with these hacks but I just discovered it by accident myself today and wanted to put it out there.

So what you’re saying is that you would be pretty stoked if there were a mothur R package… stay tuned!
