Hello

I was trying to run a simple run of the read.otu

I made the list file from my dist file (created with Arb) and did the cluster() command.

I then tried to run the read.otu command with the group file that go with it and received the message that the number of names in the groups file did not match the list file (1235 vs. 2403). I checked again my groups file and it had 2403 names. Any idea why some of the names '“got lost” somewhere in the process?
This a simple analysis that I run before successfully.
