Rarefaction.single

Hello, i’m trying to do some rarefaction curves, and when i use the command rarefaction.single, it generates a file a little different of that one showed in the page of the command. In the page it shows like this

numsampled unique lci hci 0.00 lci hci
1 1.0000 1.0000 1.0000 1.0000
98 96.0000 96.0000 96.0000 95.0000

But my files come like this

numsampled unique lci hci 0.00 lci hci
1 10.000 10.000 10.000 10.000
98 960.000 960.000 960.000 950.000

I tried to use the data given by the site, and it happend the same thing, what’s going on?

Thanks

try freq=1 as an option

I already used this, the problem is that the numbers that appears are 10.000 instead of 1.000, even if I try to use the example data…

can you post the exact command syntax you are running?

I run rarefaction.single(list=CC.an.list, freq=1)

Well, I think I solved the problem, it was my excel, the decimal separator was configured differently…
Thanks
