rarefaction curve

Hi I’m new to using mothur and a computer muppet, so please bear with me and keep it as simple as possible. :oops:

When running the rarefaction single command I get data for unique, 0.01, 0.02, etc, which I understand means unique, 99% similarity, 98% similarity, etc. Is there a way of getting figures for 0.015 ie 98.5% similarity?

In cluster you would need to use precision=1000 as an option.

Thanks, had to fiddle a bit with the cutoff, but got there. :slight_smile:
