Is the following an example of an OTU file? but I need OTU table.

maybe get.oturep but I am not sure at which point you are, to be able to help you
Thanks for your response actully It is taking a very much long time to run dist.seq command can I get help regarding this command how can I get meaningful output with in minimal time with this command. How much memory space we should have for 12 forward and reverse sample I have V3V4 16S amplicon sequencing. Thank you for listening to me.
dist.seqs(fasta=amazon.unique.filter.fasta, cutoff=0.10)
Not sure of the dist.seqs. Have you run pre.cluster?
