Pre.cluster command in mothur v.1.41.1: missmatched files?

Hi There,

I am running the pre.cluster command in mothur v.1.41.1. I noticed that the screen output looks like some sequences are mixed up (see example for two files below):

It’s probably nothing - are you using multiple processors? If so, the data from each processor is coming to the screen unsorted. Everything that is written to the files should be fine…

I am using multiple processors but its not something i have ever noticed happening before (perhaps i never looked hard enough!).
