phylo inference in mothur

Hi Pat,

Is there any way to interface in Mothur with other phylogenetic algorithms, besides neighbor-joining? It would be nice to be able to infer Bayesian, ML and Parsimony trees!

Also, please have a look at my previous post. I haven’t been able to resolve those name and group file discrepancies, and I think my work-around is probably not the best way to go…

Could you send your log file, and input files to mothur.bugs@gmail.com so I can help you track down the names mismatch issue?
