Pcr.seqs error. Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Hi!
I am running the 16S workflow and while running the pcr.seqs command I am getting segmentation fault (core dumped) error. I tried running it on just one processor, 8 processors and all processors but getting the same error.

Some details:
fasta = silva.nr_v138_1.align downloaded from the Mothur website
oligos = pcr.oligos

Contents of pcr.oligos file:
forward CCTAYGGGRBGCASCAG
reverse ATTAGATACCCNNGTAGTCC

Error:
mothur > pcr.seqs(fasta=silva.nr_v138_1.align, oligos=pcr.oligos, keepdots=F
, processors=1)

Using 1 processors.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you guys provide. Thanks for you time!

Can you let us know what type of computer you are running this on? Do you know how much RAM it has? Are any files created in the directory?
