Would it be possible to enhance the naming of OTUs in the *.taxonomy files to the last classified taxonomic level? For example, instead of:
Bacteria(100);Proteobacteria(100);Betaproteobacteria(100);Unclassified(100);Unclassified(100);Unclassified(100)
We would get:
Bacteria(100);Proteobacteria(100);Betaproteobacteria(100);Unclassified Betaproteobacteria(100);Unclassified Betaproteobacteria(100);Unclassified Betaproteobacteria(100)
This would make my life much easier…
