numbers don't add up in classify.seqs output

Some of the numbers don’t add up in my classify.seqs output. For example:

5 0.1.1.4.4.7 Pseudonocardiaceae_1 3 637 0
6 0.1.1.4.4.7.1 Amycolatopsis 3 579 0
7 0.1.1.4.4.7.1.1 Amycolatopsis_alba_et_rel. 0 135 135
7 0.1.1.4.4.7.1.2 Amycolatopsis_mediterranei_et_rel. 1 398 0
8 0.1.1.4.4.7.1.2.1 Amycolatopsis_albidoflavus_et_rel. 0 355 355
7 0.1.1.4.4.7.1.3 Amycolatopsis_thermoflava-methanolica 0 46 46
6 0.1.1.4.4.7.2 Saccharomonospora 2 27 0
7 0.1.1.4.4.7.2.1 Saccharomonospora_cyanea_et_rel. 0 3 3
7 0.1.1.4.4.7.2.2 Saccharomonospora_viridis 0 24 24
6 0.1.1.4.4.7.3 Saccharopolyspora 0 31 31

What might have happened to 43 sequences belonging to 0.1.1.4.4.7.1?

So these would fall into an “unclassified” bin. The next release will add an unclassified leaf at each level to make the numbers add up better

Adding “unclassified” is very important, especially since most of the genomes I look at in non-human data have very large unclassified OTUs.
