Metastats command

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to use the metastats command on Mothur, with a older version that generate q values. However, all results contain q values only =1!
Each group that I’m testing, has 6 samples.
Do you have any tip for me?

I’ve always found q-values to be a bit weird to work with. Under certain distributions of p-values they can go haywire (as you’ve seen). An alternative is you could just perform your own multiple testing correction to the p-values that metastats generates.
