Make.file sample name

Dear mothur team,

I would like to report a issue which I am facing while running make.file command
If inputdir in make.file command contains path with “underscore _” then mothur consider it as a sample name
Example: In my case if my path is /home/RB/mothur_output/reads/ then all the samples are named as “mothur”
Currently I am using mothur 1.39.5 version.

Please upgrade to the latest version of mothur. I think this has been fixed since 1.39.5.
