make.file 1.39.5 windows case sensitive problem?

Hi!

I have this inconvenient error when using mothur, windows, 1.39.5, make.file command

For example, for this read

MI.M03555_0225.001.FLD0206.Positif_R1.fastq

in the .files I get

MI.M03555_0225.001.FLD0206.POSITIF_R2.FASTQ

which is a little annoying because make.contigs won’t start because it does not find the correct file. So I have to manually rename some files.

any workaround?
