Identifying shared OTUs in Venn diagram

After running Venn command, I got to the shared OTUs between my groups, now I would like to identify who are these shared OTUs. Is there a comman that I can use to get those shared OTUs ??

I tried running get.coremicrobiome, Is this command will give the share OTUS??

You could try filter.shared and then set the minnumsamples to whatever group coverage you want (for example, if you want OTUs shared between all samples just set it to the max).
