How to reset mothur?

I am going through the Miseq SOP example analysis and I messed up on a step and want to reset my progress and start analyzing the data again from the beginning. Is this possible?

Edit: Just deleted all the files created by the analysis.

Yep, just start over. Rerunning a command will write over the old filename
