I am trying out the MiSeq_SOP toturial, and the following file is not generated by any of commands there:
stability.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.pick.pick.opti_mcc.unique_list.list
I had to use the last one generated before this. Has anyone know if this file is supposed to be generated by pipeline or provided?
