each time I am running the command <<<< get.communitytype(shared=stability.opti_mcc.0.03.subsample.shared)>>>> mothur just stop working!!
tried with different machines !!
Is someone had the same issue?

It can be pretty slow if you are using 0.03 OTU data. I’d say be patient or consider using genus-level phylotype data.
