Could not find mothur on AWI

Hi Pat,

I tried to run the script cluster.split in a common linux computer and on a server, but failed both because my data is to heterogeneous even with the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene.
Now, I am planning to use the AMI, but could not find mothur…

It looks like you are using Sao Paulo. Could you use N. Virginia (us-east) instead?
