Compare models for AMOVA

I want to compare two different models to find which one best corresponds to the data.

Is there a way to make two design files and see which one fits best?

E.g.

S1 A
S2 A
S3 B
S4 B

and

S1 A
S2 A
S3 A
S4 B

Hi Eric,

You can make multiple design files and then run amova with each. That shouldn’t be a problem.
