Bug on v.1.42.1 Linux

Hello mothur community

I am running mothur in a linux computer analysing 18S Illumina amplicons.
After running …
summary.tax(taxonomy=0mm18SLinux.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.pick.pds.wang.pick.taxonomy,count=0mm18SLinux.trim.contigs.good.unique.good.filter.unique.precluster.denovo.vsearch.pick.pick.count_table)

I obtanied the following error:

[ERROR]: M05074_136_000000000-C9Y5V_1_2102_6834_22572 is not in your count table. Please correct.
[ERROR]: M05074_136_000000000-C9Y5V_1_2102_6834_22572 is not in your count table. Please correct.
The sequence is either in count_table and taxonomy files.
I realized that in taxonomy file, sequence is the first listed whereas in count_table is not (in fact 12th).
Could it be the problem?? Any idea on how to solve it?

Thanks for help and comprehension

Marc

We had a bug in the count table remove functions that is causing this issue. It has been fixed in version 1.42.3. Can you give it a try, https://github.com/mothur/mothur/releases/tag/v.1.42.3?

Thanks Sarah @westcott … running it … keep you posted
Again thanks a lot
Marc
