anyone have an EMP oligos file they'd share?

I’m trying to convert my new lab to mothur but they use the EMP primers (one 12bp index, paired miseq reads). And I’m under a time crunch, so anyone have a oligos file that you’d be willing to send me that’s already formatted correctly for make.contigs? kendra.r.maas on gmail

If you email us the file you have we can help you figure something out. We’ve done this before, perhaps we just need to make a wiki page for it
