I am trying to do an illumina sequence analysis with the 18s primers SSUF04 GCTTGTAAAGATTAAGCC and SSUR22 GCCTGCTGCCTTCCTTGGA from a meiofauna community. I haven’t found much information about what reference files to use and what workflow to do, so I’m asking on this forum to see if anyone has done it and can give me some clues about this.

I do not know if it will work for your specific primers, but silva has 18S data, it might work
