It would be great if the mothur wiki (which is awesome to start with) could also, under the entries of each of the output file types, list the commands that can be used to create them. For instance, right now I am trying to figure out a different way of creating a names file than using unique.seqs. I am able to find out what a names file looks like, and I do know that other commands do make it too, but it would be very helpful if I could just easily see all the commands that could be used.
