Hello!

We are wondering which commands can be used to make a names file. We would like to use the screen.seqs pretty much without doing anything else before doing this, but we then need a names file as input, so that we get a good names file out again.

The only command I know of that now makes a names file without similar input to start with is the unique.seqs command, but since we are not wanting to unique them, that is quite counterproductive.

Hi Karin, I’m wondering whether you could import the names file created by unique.seqs into excel and put all names back into a single column.
