v1.26 last line issues

Dear,

I’m having several problems with mothur 1.26 Windows 32bit

Using summary.seqs and classify.seqs, it seems to have problems with recognizing the last line (end of file?) in auxilliary files (.names, .tax) leading to

XXX is in your template file and is not in your taxonomy file. Please correct.

and

XXX is not in your namefile, please correct.

I have no problems using the same commands and files in v1.24.1 (deleted v1.25, but didn’t have any issues as far as I recall)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime, can you try adding a blank line at the end of the file?
