Sub.sample/remove rare with relative abundance

Hi guys,
is there an option to make subsampling by relative abundance? Is it possible to write “size=0.001”, for example?Or what I have to do to remove the 0.1% of reads in the OTUs?

Number are bogus!

Subsampling, subsamples all of the samples to the same number of reads one time. You could subsample to 1000 reads and then use filter.shared.
