I am looking to send my soil samples for sequencing. I have different type of soil’s samples such as native prairie, no-till, manure etc. Could i know what region of 16s RNA will be best and primer. Thanks in advance…
You’re mostly constrained by sequencing length rather than “best” for soils. Are these going to be sequenced on a MiSeq (2x250)? If so, v4 are the way to go. 515F 806R
