Segmentation fault: 11 in macbook

Hi,
I am using Mothur in MacBook.
After the filtering of the sequences, when I am proceeding for unique.seqs, I am getting “Segmentation fault: 11”. Same files when I am processing in the Dell laptop, it runs smoothly. Does it have to do with the system or is it due to error in sequences.
Kindly enlighten.

Could you try downloading the new version of mothur we posted - 1.42.3 and try again?
